NAAIA is the premier organization for African American insurance industry professionals seeking to establish a meaningful network with peers and executives. As a result of a committed dedication to learning, development, outreach and support, our members are empowered and positioned to achieve professional and community impact goals.

Our members represent various facets of the insurance industry representing including:

Through our chapters, we provide opportunities, locally, for our members to enhance their personal growth and professional development while providing opportunities for networking, continuing education, and building mutually beneficial partnerships. 

We hold relationships with traditional insurance industry trade associations and other organizations representing the interest of minorities in the ever growing, multicultural marketplace.

NAAIA National Sponsors will be recognized at all events including the national conference. Additionally, NAAIA will partner with these sponsors to conduct events, workshops or educational opportunities in alliance with select local chapters and/or to our national base of members.  The benefits below are reserved for the partners in each category.


Level I - $50,000 and Above
