IVY KUSINGA

SVP, CHIEF CULTURE OFFICER

CHUBB

Ivy Kusinga serves as SVP, Chief Culture Officer at Chubb, a global Property & Casualty leader with operations in 54 countries. In her role, Ms. Kusinga oversees the cohesion and clarity of Chubb's culture, which is hardwired as an inclusive and equitable environment. Please join us for an inspiring and informative presentation, as Ivy draws upon her knowledge, experience and subject matter expertise to highlight and explore critical and relevant D&I questions i.e.,

  • Who within the company or organization should be the owner of D&I?

  • What role does skill play in the act of inclusion?

  • How important is one's psychological wellbeing to workplace and personal success?

For those who had the pleasure of experiencing Ms. Kusinga's keynote at the 2018 NAAIA National Conference & Empowerment Summit, you can attest to the fact that she delivers valuable, relevant nuggets that should not be missed. There will be time following Ivy's presentation to join the discussion and ask questions. Individuals and groups are encouraged to "dial in" as the subject matter will make for some productive and viable follow-up discussions among teams, leaders, peers, etc.
